Built on a frustration with the industry, not another supplier catalogue.
In 2003, our CEO Anton Fouché started out in the construction and waterproofing industry. After years of hands-on maintenance and general waterproofing work, Thermal Dynamix was reborn in 2015. Anton had recognised that the Western Cape’s waterproofing challenges needed genuine innovation, not a one-size-fits-all product line.
Why a new supplier was even necessary
Unique client needs and a one-size-fits-all mentality were never a match. Each waterproofing challenge demands its own solution, so Anton built specialist supplier partnerships and trained a motivated team, growing the business on honesty and integrity to become a genuine waterproofing specialist. That focus hasn’t changed.
Despite COVID-19’s impact on construction generally, the business kept growing. A result of uncompromising integrity, accountability, and pioneering solutions delivered with workmanship guarantees, in a compliant and sustainable way.
Mainstream players can’t easily change their formulas. So Contractors Supply Company (Pty) Ltd, set out to find a better answer.
