Description
AquaGO® CEM-SKIM is a superior quality high performance, hydrophobic cement based skim finish.
AquaGO® CEM-SKIM is formulated for the finishing of surfaces such as interior & exterior plaster surfaces, precast and fair faced concrete walls and ceilings prior to painting.
It is intended to provide a smooth fine surface to pre-levelled plaster surfaces and ceilings as a base for final painting and wall finishes and can also be applied to a moist surface.

Application
Wet the surface with an industrial splatter brush or spray fine mist.
Apply a liberal amount AquaGO® CEM-SKIM to the surface. By means of a plaster trowel and by semi-circular movements, displace the paste to obtain a consistent even surface.
Finish off with a rubber faced float to achieve a smooth texture. The product should be kept hydrated when applied in direct sunlight. After full cure, slightly abrade imperfections with fine sandpaper.
Mixing
Add small quantities of potable water to the dry ingredients while agitating continually with a flat paddle or mechanical means to achieve a homogenous thick paste.
- Agitate for 1 5 minutes.
- Leave for 5 minutes
- Repeat agitating for 5 minutes.
